How credits work

Face swaps use credits, and the number of faces does not change the price. A photo costs 1 credit, a GIF 4 credits and a video 2 credits per second. Photo, video and GIF swaps all draw from the same balance.

A pack is a one-time purchase and its credits are valid for 1 year from the day you buy it. Monthly plans grant their credits at the start of each month, and yearly plans grant the whole year's credits at once. Plan credits expire at the end of the month or year they were granted for. You can hold a pack and a plan at once.

New accounts get 5 free credits, valid for 30 days, when they sign up, so you can try a swap before you buy anything.

Credits and billing questions

What do I get for free?
New accounts get 5 free credits when they sign up, valid for 30 days. Use them on photo, video or GIF swaps; a photo costs 1 credit.
Can I cancel a plan?
Yes, at any time from your account. The plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and credits granted for that period expire with it. Pack credits are unaffected.
Do credits expire?
Pack credits are valid for 1 year from purchase. Plan credits expire at the end of the month or year they were granted for.
Can I get a refund?
Payments for packs and plans are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. If a swap fails, its credits go back to your balance automatically. The full rules are in the Terms of Service.
