Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Multiple Face Swap AI is an independent video face swap and photo face swap service at multiplefaceswapai.com, run by an individual developer ("we", "us") in the United States, not a company. By using the service you accept these terms. Questions go to support@multiplefaceswapai.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use the service. One person, one account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.

3. What you may upload

By uploading a photo, GIF or video, or adding a face, you confirm that:

• you own it or have permission to use it;
• every person whose face appears in it, or whose face you add, is you or has given their consent to this use;
• it shows no minors (no one under 18);
• it contains nothing sexual, violent, hateful or illegal.

You may not use the service to impersonate anyone, to harass or deceive anyone, to make a result look like real footage of a real event, or to create fake evidence, fake endorsements or non-consensual intimate imagery. The full rules are in the Acceptable Use Policy.

We may refuse, stop or remove any swap, and suspend or close an account, when these rules are broken.

4. Credits and prices

Swaps are paid for in credits. New accounts receive 5 free credits once their email address is verified (signing in with Google counts), valid for 30 days and given once per person. More credits are sold in packs and in monthly and yearly plans listed on the pricing page. The cost of a swap is shown before you start it. Packs are one-time purchases and their credits are valid for 1 year from purchase; credits granted by a monthly or yearly plan expire at the end of the month or year they were granted for.

5. Failed swaps

If a swap fails, or a safety check blocks it, the credits reserved for it return to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us for that.

A finished swap that you simply do not like is not refunded.

6. Payments are final

All payments are final and non-refundable once made, except where the law requires otherwise. This applies to credit packs and to subscription periods already started. The protection you have instead is the automatic credit return on a failed swap. Details are in the Refund Policy.

7. Subscriptions

Monthly plans renew every month and yearly plans every year until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account; your plan then runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Pack credits are not affected by cancelling.

8. The output is AI-generated

Results are produced by an AI model from what you upload. The result may differ from what you expected, may contain visual errors, and is not a depiction of anything that happened. We do not guarantee any particular likeness, quality or outcome. Processing times shown on the site are estimates.

You must not present a result from this service as real footage. Label it as AI-generated where you post it; most platforms require that too.

9. Your content and the output

You keep the rights in what you upload, and you give us the limited licence needed to process it and deliver your result. That licence ends when the files are deleted: uploads and results are deleted 7 days after upload.

To the extent the law allows ownership in AI output, the result you generate is yours, including for commercial use, as long as you follow section 3. You are responsible for the rights of the people and works that appear in it.

We may use anonymised, aggregated usage statistics (how many swaps, which formats) to run and improve the service. We do not use your uploads or results to train AI models.

10. Our site and copyright complaints

The site, its design, code and the Multiple Face Swap AI name belong to us. Copyright complaints about content on the service go through our DMCA policy.

11. Availability

The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, and we may change or discontinue features, formats or prices. Price changes do not affect credits you have already bought.

Download your result when it is ready; after 7 days it is deleted and cannot be recovered.

12. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data or loss arising from how you use a generated result. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Indemnity

If someone makes a claim against us because of what you uploaded or how you used a result in breach of these terms, you cover our reasonable costs of that claim.

14. Ending your account

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Credits on a closed account are not paid out.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Where consumer law in your own country gives you rights that cannot be set aside by contract, those rights still apply.

16. Changes

We update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
