Our policy

Multiple Face Swap AI is an independent video face swap and multiple face swap service at multiplefaceswapai.com, run by an individual developer. We respect copyright and respond to notices of claimed infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512.

Where to send a notice

Copyright agent: Multiple Face Swap AI (operated by an individual developer), support@multiplefaceswapai.com. Please put "DMCA notice" in the subject line.

What a notice must include

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. The copyrighted work you say is infringed, or a list if there are several.
3. The material you say infringes it, and where it is on multiplefaceswapai.com (a link, or the result or order id), in enough detail for us to find it.
4. Your name, address, phone number and email.
5. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.

We remove or disable the material once we receive a complete notice, and tell the user who uploaded it.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same address with:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. The material that was removed and where it was before.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, outside the US, any district where we may be found) and will accept service from the person who sent the notice.

We forward it to the person who sent the original notice. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action, we restore the material within 10 to 14 business days after receiving the counter-notice. Results are deleted 7 days after upload in any case, so a restore is only possible while the file still exists.

Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright, in appropriate circumstances.

Other complaints

A DMCA notice covers copyright only. If your face or likeness was used without your consent, or the content is intimate imagery, report it through the abuse process in our Acceptable Use Policy; you don't need a DMCA notice for that.
