Who this applies to

These rules apply to everyone using Multiple Face Swap AI, the multiple face swap service at multiplefaceswapai.com, run by an individual developer. Breaking them can end your access. They are part of the Terms of Service.

You need consent for every face

Only upload a photo, GIF or video, or add a face, when you have the right to use it and every identifiable person in it has given their consent to having their face swapped this way. That covers both the faces you add and the people in the picture or clip you change. If you are not sure someone would agree, don't upload it.

Not allowed

• Images of minors: no one under 18 may appear in an upload or a face you add.
• Nude or sexual content of real people, and any non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Impersonating someone to defraud, scam or obtain money, access or information.
• Harassing, bullying, humiliating or threatening anyone.
• Content meant to deceive voters, fake a news event or fabricate evidence.
• Public figures shown saying or doing things they did not, unless it is clearly labelled as parody.
• Hateful content, or content that promotes violence or self-harm.
• Content you do not have the rights to, such as someone else's copyrighted footage.
• Trying to get around our safety checks, rate limits or credit charges.

Label AI output

Results are AI-generated and are not real recordings. Do not present one as real. When you share a result, keep it labelled as AI-generated or add that label; many platforms, and the EU AI Act for deepfakes published in the EU, require it. We do not add a watermark, so labelling is up to you.

How we enforce this

Automated safety checks may block a swap; the credits come back when that happens. We remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Child sexual abuse material is reported to NCMEC and the relevant authorities.

If you find content made with this service that breaks these rules, or that uses your face without your consent, write to support@multiplefaceswapai.com with:

• a link to the content, or the result or order id if you have it;
• why it breaks these rules;
• how we can reach you.

We act on reports of non-consensual intimate imagery within 48 hours, and on other reports as fast as we can. We tell you what we did. Copyright complaints follow our DMCA policy.
