Summary

Multiple Face Swap AI is an independent gif face swap and multiple face swap service at multiplefaceswapai.com, run by an individual developer. All sales are final; a failed swap returns its credits automatically.

Credit packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases and are not refunded once paid, whether or not the credits have been used. Pack credits stay valid for 1 year from purchase.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a monthly or yearly plan at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the plan and its credits run to the end of the period you have already paid for. Periods already started are not refunded or pro-rated.

Failed or blocked swaps

If a swap fails, times out or is blocked by a safety check, the credits reserved for it go back to your balance automatically, with no support ticket needed. You see the returned credits in your balance straight away.

A swap that finished but did not turn out the way you hoped is not refunded.

When we do refund

If you were charged twice for the same order, or charged for something you did not receive because of a fault on our side, write to support@multiplefaceswapai.com with the order id. We answer within 3 business days. An approved refund goes back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually arrives within 5–10 business days.

EU and UK customers

Credits are digital content delivered immediately. By buying, you ask for immediate delivery and accept that the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the credits are added to your account. Where the law in your country still gives you a refund right, that right applies.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; most problems are fixed faster that way. An account with an open chargeback may be suspended while it is resolved.
